The action, or interactive lesson, is a lesson which contains its own navigation, in addition to the navigation in the platform myTeacher. It is therefore preferable to avoid overloading and complicating this double navigation for a better comprehension by the final user.
You can insert a video or audio into an action. But no animation (captivate for example), no quiz or survey.
