Integration of a survey to the module
In the main document, the slide survey must contain as title the name of the lesson followed by survey between brackets
It must also contain a rectangle (automatic form rectangle)
This rectangle must contain the name of the file corresponding to the name of the file survey myTest registered in the folder survey without the extension (survey01, survey02 or other significant name).
The slide survey is a hidden slide.

The survey myTest is conceived in the platform myTeacher which allows to generate a zip file which needs to be registered in the folder survey.
